There’s More to Creation Than Instructing

While instructional sessions are at the heart of what we do, they are only one part of the experience.

Routesetting plays a massive role in keeping our walls exciting, challenging, and constantly evolving. Under the guidance of our experienced Routesetting Manager, our dedicated setting team works throughout the week to strip, clean, and reset climbs across the centre — creating fresh and inspiring routes and problems for our customers.

As an instructor, you’ll also have opportunities to develop routesetting skills and become part of that creative process.
