We have delivered some pretty big days out for schools. Over the years we delivered fun sessions to school groups of over 140 kids at a time! Whether this was a reward for a year group or an end of term activity.
How do we do this?
We split the groups up in to a maximum of 6 students per instructor. Each instructor has a climbing ‘station’, and the kids spend 30 minutes at each station before moving on to the next one, this ensures that each group gets to climbing on different walls, whether that be a slab, vertical or overhanging wall. The groups rotate between the roped walls, our bouldering area and also our indoor cave system if desired. However, we leave it down to you to decide which activities you want to engage in.
If you so wish we can even put on special team building games including a Jacobs ladder, crate stacking, web crawler or even get the student involved in an indoor abseil session.
Organising big events like this takes a lot of advance planning, so the more notice that you give us the better. However, in the first instance why not send us an email at creationwall@gmail.com and we can take it from there!
Don’t forget, we also have a 20000sqft indoor skatepark onsite too! Why not mix up your days activities with a skateboard, scooter or BMX session as well?
How much does it cost?
Our rates for school groups are:
£80 per instructor for the first hour
£48 per instructor for every consecutive hour.
Group sessions are invoiced based on your requirements, either fully in advance, or after each session. Just let us know how your budget is allocated and we will accommodate your needs.
We will try to accommodate your wishes as closely as possible. To avoid disappointment please contact the centre as soon as possible to arrange your booking.
Sessions can be invoiced after setting up an account, or alternatively can be paid by cash or card in advance. We do not accept cheques or payment on the day.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy : Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge more than 14 days before your booking. Rescheduling a session within 14 days will incur a charge of 50% of the booking cost.
Any rescheduling is dependent on instructor availability, we cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will be available.
Sessions may not be rescheduled on the day of the booking.
